You will start to share your problems once you hear from others and build unique relationships with members of the group. Often, people find this to be extremely rewarding, especially when they are able to establish supportive friendships within the group.

The relationship is important because it leads to a sense of trust. Trust is obviously important when you are confiding in someone and sharing personal information that you may not have told anyone else before.
